A Story Born From the Hardest Season
My name is Jessica Lewis — but you can call me Jess. I never imagined stepping outside my career in sports medicine, but here I am taking a leap of faith and trusting God to use my story in written form.
I’m also a mom to two beautiful, energetic boys who push me to become the best version of myself. My mission is to boldly share my testimony, shine a light on real struggles, and create space for honest conversations that lead to healing.

Exploring difficult conversations, Jessica addresses topics often swept under the rug — providing a space for open dialogue and introspection.
